This is a vector of the comic book cover for the 2nd of 7 in a series of comics based off Stephen King's The Dark Tower. The character portrayed is the Crimson King.
Edit: Thank you for the DD though I do want to emphasize that this is a vector of an already published work. Thank you for the print requests and favorites, but this is a TRACING of Jae Lee's comic book cover. I created this vector as a class project in which I was explicitly directed to recreate an existing comic book in vector. Again thanks, and I hope that clears up any confusion.
